Born in Iwate, Japan. Raised in Huntington Beach, California. Recently moved to Norman, Oklahoma. Previously a psychology major, but switched to hospitality due to my change in career preference. Took a year off after graduating High School to focus on working and providing for the family. After my year off, went back to a junior college in hopes of pursuing a degree for my desired major.
Experience
Attended Japanese School (Asahi Gakuen) for 11 years+. Learned the basic subjects such as English, Mathematics, History and Science in Japanese. Reading and Writing is fluent. Knowing how to read and write fluently and speak formally in a language is one thing, but coming to understand and engaging in a direct conversation is probably the most important thing in learning. I am confident to be able to apply and teach the casual flow and style of language that is needed in order for you to get around the city, as well as teach you the expected culture behind this beautiful country.

Hobbies
Lover of nature, almost all sports, and appreciating the small things in life. If and when I have a day off, I try to stay productive and plan for my future assignments and activities. My current dream is to open up a small restaurant in Norman Oklahoma, which is why I moved here from California. I personally found Norman to fulfill my needs of a greater opportunity within the restaurant industry, and took that spontaneous step to leave everything behind.
